Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Hi Vis Safety CA, we want to ensure your high-visibility gear meets your expectations for both safety and comfort. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all safety tags and reflective strips intact.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
